QUANTA Lite^® RNA Pol III Reagents

This assay is designed for the detection of anti-RNA Polymerase III IgG antibodies in patient sera. The presence of these antibodies can aid in the diagnosis of systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) with increased incidence of skin involvement and renal crisis.
