Aptiva introduces PMAT to enable the simultaneous detection of multiple analytes from a single sample. PMAT improves workflow efficiencies by minimizing the need for additional runs and reducing sample requirements.
PMAT method
- Sample reactions for all analytes in each cartridge occur simultaneously
- Each analyte is associated with a unique signature
- Solid phase immunoassay uses fluorescence to quantify antibody levels
Reaction data is captured digitally
- Paramagnetic particles are aligned using magnets
- LEDs illuminate the particles
