Overview

Job Summary

Administrative support work for Service & Support and Systems Implementation. Support work for field technical and specialist groups in Spain.

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

• Establishment of stock levels of materials (parts) centralized and security according to technical specialists.

• Communicate with purchase planners to unlock the security inventory in pending repair notification materials..

• Maintenance of the equipment park, additions and modifications, new representations, obsolescence, etc.

• Purchase Requisition, purchases of non-stock and office material ( componenents and materials for integral use by technical staff ). Contracting of -service and follow-up of invoices of all Purchase Orders.

• Recepcion and management of incidents related to service,process and task and management module.

• Request for the collection and/or replacement of equipment derived from the intervention of the technical service.

• Submit repair quotes and claim customer responses. Creation of parts supply orders.

• Customer Service management in requirements requested to service.

• Support to internal and external clients in all related service.

 

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Value experience in the health sector.

• Higher educatión

• Higher business administration or similar

• MS Oficce 365

• SAP environment

• Fluent language: Spanish, Catalan native & English Intermediate.

Skills & Capabilities:

• Flexibility and ability to adapt an environment in continuous change

in the company itself, as well as that produced by the represented

companies that are marketed.
