About the Position

Job Summary

•    Accomplish or exceed the sales target through distributors,make Sales analysis, sales plan, and sales forecast of sales target, and to accomplish.  

•    Maintain, support, coordinate, and support sales area manager to improve the distributor system.

•    Promote products through customer visit, maintain important customer relationship, and maintain the image of the brand to the client.

•    Propose and organize marketing activities, propose and attend national marketing activities.

•    Collect and report variety of marketing information related to sales, proposal of marketing solution.

•    Manage regional sales team.

Key Accountabilities

•    Support area sales manager for the sales planning, sales analysis, and distributor management, sales forecast and achievement, so to accomplish or exceed the sales target.

•    Be responsible for sales in the area through distribution network, update distribution network when necesarry.

•    Improve sales result through Value Selling and Strategic Selling

•    Be responsible for local marketing activities with distributors.

•    Help technical service and application support to ensure distributor’s satisfactory and

end-user’s satisfactory.

•    Keep area sales manager updated reports of market dynamics, competitors’ activities and any opportunities that might allow Werfen to increase its market penetration in the territory.

•    Manage and build effective sales rep team in your territories. Ensure your team is qualified and adequate to achieve company objectives and perform assigned duties and responsibilities.

•    Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

5 years above relevant working experience
