Job Summary
To provide our customers with solutions that adapt to their changing needs, creating a relationship of trust that will bring value to the Company in the medium and long term.
Key Accountabilities
- Customer advisory in improving laboratory organization and providing the best
solutions considering the customer needs.
- Continued attention to the customer, providing product information, encouraging the
cross-selling and introducing new techniques, based on cost/efficiency.
- Coordinate installations, interacting with the different departments involved (Logistics,Technical Service, Product Managers, ...)
- Keep the training level of the users of our analyzers and reagents and manage the
appropriate documentation.
- Check the service level offered by the different departments of the Company assigned
centers reducing the risk of complaints.
- Work together with the KAM and Business Unit in the management of opportunities and risks
- Tender management (specification and profitability analysis, preparation of the necessary documentation, litigation support)
- Achieve the sales and commercial targets established by the Company.
- Fulfil the Ethics Code of Werfen Group.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Education:
- Bachelor´s Degree
- PhD/MD valuable
Experience:
- Experience in sales and/or marketing within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in Autoinmunity
Additional Skills/Knowledge:
- Comprehensive knowledge in life sciences: Inmunology.
- Language: Fluent English
