Overview

 

The Repair Center Technician performs calibrations, technical repairs and maintenance of Werfen Instrument Systems. This includes diagnosis and troubleshooting to restore functionality and ensure optimal performance. The role also involves ensuring that all maintenance and repair activities are carried out in accordance with established protocols and safety standards, keeping traceability and ensuring accuracy and reliability in various operational settings.

 

Responsibilities

  • Perform Technical Repairs in assigned systems including updates, upgrades, and product enhancements.
  • Perform Technical Refurbishment in instrument Modules: Conduct refurbishment to ensure instrument modules are restored to optimal working conditions.
  • Service call programing, execution and reporting.
  • Ensure adoption of Quality and Regulatory policies. Ensure technical documentation is up-to-date and available for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Management of Tools, Diagnostic Instruments, and Communication System: Properly utilize and manage all necessary tools and instruments required to perform its service tasks.

Qualifications

 

Qualifications

  • Education: Completion of higher vocational education or a bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Experience: Background in a technical department with relevant experience.

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Must be adaptable and flexible in handling various work assignments and situations.
  • English B2 level.
