JOB DESCRIPTION: Product Manager Autoimmunity
Job Summary
The Product Manager Benelux Autoimmunity ensures the succesful commercialization of Werfen Autoimmunity product line in Benelux. Being the subject matter expert in autoimmunity the Product manager trains and support the commercial organization, maintain competitve intelligence, develop promotional initiatives and act as the link between the SBU and Benelux affiliate. In addition the Product Manager identifies and implements local studies in collaboration with key customers and promote the value of Autoimmunity product line.
Key Accountabilities
- Connect with SBU to maintain high level of knowledge on Autoimmunity product line and provide feedback on current market needs
- Initiate and support implementation of Werfen scientific events and participation to third party events
- Develop internal and customer training and ensure efficient dissemination of knowledge within the organization and to customers
- Support commercial organization in selling and application support activities when expertise is needed
- Monitor market through market mapping, voice of customer and Scientific Intel activities, and adapt strategies according to findings
- Develop competitive knowledge and transfer to the organization
- Support tendering activities by completing the Technical Specification section of tenders, translating those specifications into benefits, supporting the quotation process
- Responsible for supporting and implementing local studies for Werfen Benelux and acting as liaison for studies initiated by Werfen.
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM by maintaining correct information contacts, install base and competitive status and ensuring sales representative maintain accuracy in their opportunities
- Supports the development and implementation of Strategic and Marketing Plan for Autoimmunity, including strong activity for new product launch

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
Master of Science and 3 years experience, or 8 years experience in the Clinical Diagnostics field as an account manager, Application specialist or Product Manager.

Travel requirements:
An ability to travel extensively within the Benelux and an understanding of the demands required in terms of time and commitment required to fully perform the duties required. The position requires travelling abroad Benelux to participate in SBU meetings when requested and congresses (expected < 10% of the time).e).
