Position Summary:

 

Responsible for assisting customers in the implementation of technical systems, software, and hardware solutions. Participate in all phases of the design, test, and implementation process, helping to modify the project scope, identify and troubleshoot problems with implementation or efficiency, and determine how well the new implementations are working after the project is complete. Also responsible for training end users on how to use the new systems.

 

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities

  • Under direction of the Clinical Applications Director, manages large scale hemostasis implementations as project managers and technical consultants.
  • Evaluates customer needs and develops configurations that support their workload and workflow.
  • Tests and troubleshoots final system setups.
  • Provides training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Build long term strategic partnerships with IHNs to position clinical value and promote menu expansion.
  • Performs product demonstrations and aids in scoping project.
  • Participates in seminars, workshops and convention exhibit activities as requested by Management
  • Acts as a resource for local ACs and CAMs on software and hardware solutions.
  • Coordinates the instrument go-live process with internal and customer stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Manages and controls expense budget
  • Prepares forecasts and other monthly reports as required by management
  • Responsible for complying with all regulatory (including ISO) mandated policies, procedures, and work instructions

  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Clinical Applications Director

Qualifications

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

 

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (medical technology preferred, respiratory therapy, nursing or related scientific discipline) or equivalent work experience

Experience:

  • Minimum of five years related experience (clinical experience preferred)
  • Project management skills/experience highly desirable

Additional Skills/Knowledge:

  • Language: Fluency in English required.

International Mobility:

  • Required: No

Travel Requirements:

  • Approximately 75% of time
