This position reports to: Tenders & Contracts Manager

Location: Lisboa (Portugal)

Position Summary

This position will be part of the Tenders Department in Werfen Portugal and will be responsible for proposals elaboration related to the products that are distributed by the Group, according to established procedures and rules, always promoting the quality of service provided and commercial policy of the company.

Key Accountabilities

• Proposals elaboration
• Sending proposals to customers
• Request for information supplementary to proposals
• Archive of proposals
• Registration and closing of Incidents (ZIS)
• Treatment of post-tender process (Adjudications, sending documents, etc.)

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

• Education: At least 12th year of schooling

• Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a Tenders Department
