About the Position

Position Summary:

Finish or exceed sales task through distributor. Maintain, support, and coordinate, perfect distributor system. Visit client, improve sales, maintain VIP relationship, and maintain the brand image in the client. Attend the relative marketing activities. Collect, report variety of marketing information related to sales, proposal of marketing solution.

Key Accountability:

  •    Achieve or exceed sales target of different product line within the area;
  •    Make periodic sales tasks according to sales plan; 
  •    Regular sales forecast and implementation;
  •    Support, coordinate sales of distributor in the area, keep good cooperation, respond the issues that cannot be solved;
  •    Visit client, improve sales, maintain VIP relationship, maintain the brand image in the client;
  •    Coordinate with distributor for regional marketing activities;
  •    Assist in national marketing activities in the area;
  •    Look for and recommend sub-dealer for weak sales area;
  •    Assist leader in visit clients and distributors in the area;
  •    Know of and report regional relative marketing information;
  •    Learn and update relative sales knowledge of products, improve the sales ability of product;
  •    Perform other tasks as assigned.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • At least 3 years sales working experience in IVD field
  • Good at customer relationship
  • Firm distribution network resource
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in laboratory or clinical
  • Good communication
