This position reports to: GBS European Customer Service Manager

Position Summary

This person will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of goods to customers ensuring high standards of service. This involves handling of orders, resolve complaints, answering customers’ questions by phone or e-mail, create reports, delivery information or documentation, providing information about a product (availability of products, delivery details, delivery time, etc.).


Key Accountabilities

  • Open communication with team members to share information, knowledge and expertise.
  • Demonstrate personal ownership for tasks and following through.
  • Respond promptly to calls, e-mails and faxes.
  • Ensure information is clearly and accurately conveyed.
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude

To be determined based on department needs, to include interactions with groups such as: Warehouses, Customer Service, Planning, Transports, Business Lines, IT and Sales Representatives.

Min Knowledge & Experience required for the position:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Customer Service Department
  • Additional Skills/Knowledge:
    • EDI knowledge
    • SAP knowledge
    • Negotiation skills
    • Microsoft Office knowledge
    • Language: Portuguese (not Brazilian) and French (native). Fluent English
